Refund policy

 If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for a refund within the first 30 days of the purchase date.  Refunds will be made to the payment method used, less shipping fees.

In the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment, shipping fees will be refunded to the payment method used.

All returned items must be unused, unworn, in the original condition, and with the original packaging. The Coach Mindy Store reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

Please return items with the invoice or order number included. Write return on the invoice and indicate why the item is being returned. Include your email address, should we need to contact you.
