I’m the creator behind Remember My Why™, a line of inspirational jewelry designed to help you reach your goals.

I’m a weight loss coach, and I have spent over thirteen years working with dieters. I found one of the strongest components of success is when one remembers what is your why, or reason your goal has value to you.

With the intention of helping others stay focused and motivated on their individual journeys, I designed a fashionable yet functional line of jewelry.

It's more than just an accessory-- it’s a tool to help reach goals. An empowering reminder to never give up on yourself.

I was inspired by the old-fashioned practice of tying a bow on a finger to “remember” something important. That bow, and the word Remember form the foundation of the Remember My Why™, product line.
